CarnivalQueen - thank you! I'm still going to the gym 3-4 times a week and have a stable weight, which is better than one that keeps rising!

Great!
This is very inspiring to me since I have been struggling for the past four years with dieting and exercise. I'm trying to incorporate a exercise routine that works best for me. I've fizzled out on each one I've attempted. I'm keeping at it. Keep up the good work!
