There are those in life who claim they "have their act together" and love rubbing it in people's faces, and sometimes even get a laugh out of those who are still trying to figure their lives out. I've been one of the laughed at, but fortunately I can count to 10......

It's a song I could have easily written myself....who knows what I could have been, or should have been, if my starting gun had gone off 10 years ago...or if I really missed it. I do ask myself, though, would I have been any happier?

I love this song
and obviously the whole album. The ten years line has resonated with me ever since I first heard it. But then I think about all the people I've met, all the times I've laughed and, yes, all the times I've cried. It's so easy to be hard on yourself and imagine that you did nothing about all that you once imagined you'd do. But I bet if we were to meet, your stories would fill the air and think how many more there will be.
