DC: I tried to reply to this several days ago but it didn't take so.....
Yes, I do agree. When weighed with the cost of future health care where illness is concerned, is it really so expensive? Can we afford to wait?
I know some seniors who spend $500 and more per month on pills and other medications. Could it have been avoided simply by eating better and supplementing when they were younger?
So many questions. I'm certainly going to try to give my girls the best hope for their future health.

That's the spirit
I agree with you, the thing about it is the cost. I try to totally avoid Micky D's and that stuff because of all ways it can harm us. Is it cost worthy? Man I hope so, cause eating healthy is something you have to be committed to, and be able to afford. That's a shame what this world has come to in order to live the life that was free for us 100 years ago. I plan to do it all the way at the beginning of the year if I can afford it. The other sid of it I can't afford not to.
