Thank you for visiting! I'm thrilled you love my Blog's title. As for my back pain...it's going away. Luckily, I took my Tai Chi Grandmaster's advice & did some back exercises...they seem to be helping (along with lots of Advil & a magnetic back pad worn to bed). Thank you for your concern.

Thank you...I do try being honest all the time (not always easy, though & sometimes it intimidates folks).  You're right - when in pain, negativity DOES seem to rush right in there & take over.  I LOVE your idea of sitting & doing nothing, while looking inside yourself & observe.  While I know that control over things is illusory...this is another concept that is not always easy to remember.  Thanks for your comments...on point, eloquent & well-spoken, as always!

Your honesty is wonderfully disarming. I find negativity takes over when I'm in pain. It's an old habit that likes to rear its head when I'm not watching.

Sometimes I just sit and do nothing, and it helps me to realize just how much control over things I do have, and what an illusion control really is.

God bless you.
