Good.
I love the image of cobwebs. It's so evocative of disuse and emptyness. A good meditation on navigating the everyday.

Straightforward,
I like the expression: "neither here nor there", it seems to almost be followed up in my mind with "neither fish nor fowl", a thing that no one knows how to categorize, or how to respond to. Do we speak our peace or keep silent, "damned if I do, damned if I don't. Best to follow our conscience, I think, and let the chips fall where they may.

If neither here nor there, then "straighforward" perhaps? Good one.

hiiiii
liked this poem.i would call it a practical poem, something that comes out of hard reality & not fantasy. You asked me if the chest now remains just a piece of furniture?
Yes it does & its painful but without doing so you cant let some other colours to come your way.I've personally experienced this & i paid the price of not empyting the chest, with all threads clenched to my heart i waited for someone to return for six years & it never happened so i believe its best to take out everything so that you are able to give & recieve love to those who deserve it,friends or family or beloved.

Good sentiment. We all know how office
politics or having to be "nice" to people 'cos they turn on you if you're honest.
