Thanks for reading. I think I've mastered the art of silent observation whilst simultaneously drawing mindmaps in my head. The worst time is if I'm tired or feeling down because then I'm likely to react (badly) which is what they all want!

The new Superintendent of our local school is a quiet guy but a gets things done. When an issue came up for discussion at  his first School Board meeting, the 84 yr. old President/retired teacher, finally nudged him & whispered, "Say something."

One of the biggest waste's of time is spent in meetings! Geez, I always wanted everyone just to shut up and put up...Get it done already!!!
