I've dowsed for water before and don't believe it has anything to do with
spirits, but rather with the metaphysical/electricalmagnetic pull of the water or whatever object one looks for. I believe there's a scientific explanation out there. I've written about this subject before from that standpoint. We tend to make thing supernatural when in fact there's a real tie to the natural world occurring. Things we don't understand we keep on a mystic level of supernatural, but I believe it's just science not yet discovered.
