At this point we must escalate or actions against insurgents and completely destroy those insurgents, their bases and their supporters: individuals, corporations and nations. There should be no mercy in this endeavor.

As if there isn't bloodshed and growing social chaos in Iraq as it is. Let's not beat about the Bush (no pun intended), the 'west' [sic] got it wrong in Iraq and the presence of American and British troops is making things worse not better by providing a focus for an insurgency which could well escalate into full scale out and out ethnic civil war. Good on Congress i wish our Parliament had the same fortitude.
