no flip-flops are terribly dangerous. Mine get wet in the garden and my feet slip sideways and I fall.
I can still get up at this age, but may not be able to very soon. No flip flops for me anymore.

Goin' Barefoot
I used to be able to go barefoot all summer in Tucson and even walk across an asphalt street to see my neighbor. I had the toughest feet in town then, but not anymore.
In fact, I burnt my hands today driving home from Wal-Mart because I forgot to cover the steering wheel with the aluminum cover while I was shopping - for about an hour. I bet the inside of my car was 140 plus degrees and the air condirioner is out. Ouch!!!!
Andy opened my gifties today - loved the kitty and Rocky. The Rock has a bunny rabbit in his Allstate Auto Insurance ad, now. Cute addition!
