I must admit that I am a little disappointed that you do not post the wisdom channeled from these sessions. Would that be too much to ask?

Aria4--

I covered that in a previous post, Where does my friend's spirit "go" when Samuel comes into her body?

That is all I really know.

I wish that on days like today, when I'm in a ho hum kind of mood, I could leave and let someone else take over for awhile. that way I don't risk offending anyone or embarrassing myself.

You mean coming back from astral travel while in the dream state?? I would guess that's probably a pretty common feeling. Like...drat, here I am again back at home...lol.

Hey, there have been times when I felt like
this myself.... that "Oh no. I'm awake again. I'm in this body again..."  But I think most people have at some point...
