I drove all along MacArthur yesterday thinking about all the shopping I'd like to be doing! I've been mostly just working and hurting....so hadn't really been out very much. I'm working and living right on Freeport, next to DFW 114/635/Belt Line are all streets around here....but all my shopping, etc., is up on MacArthur and that's where I went to get my therapy and I drove on it from 635 all the way down into older areas...thought about you all the way...I will definitely give you a call when I am not hurting so much and can talk without whining....I want to catch up on your love life!

Dang. I was wondering where you were,
but I haven't been around much of late, either. I agree with B-D. Get a good massage. Just make sure it's not deep tissue or worse, rolfing.

I helped my former boss move from Irving to Spokane in the fall of 1973. We rode dirt bikes in the Arroyos somewhere near Dallas. Shoulder pain is a constant with me (diagnosed as nonspecific arthritis), sometimes Aleve helps, sometimes Ibuprofen, Tylenol 3 (but only to sleep). I have also tried Theragesic, burns like hell at first and stinks like Ben Gay on steroids all day, but it does seem to help. I am trying a naturopathic rub called Traumeel which doesn't smell and so far I can't tell if that has helped or if the Enbrel is finally kicking in. Traumeel is in health food stores and costs pretty dear ($16.00 a tube up here) so it depends on how desperate you are. All I can say is it's no miracle cure.
