haha! I picked somebody up at an oral surgeon once, and after he woke up, he was walking around like a toddler. Actually, it kind of scared me, and the nurse had to tell me that everything would be all right.

After witnessing this, I have no problem whatsoever of imagining you stumbling through a hallway immitating Rocky Balboa. Thanks for the laugh!

Deirdre

As long as there are movies we will forever be quoting them. I like to think of it as art imitating life which then imitates art.

Al

My grandma told me that your wisdom teeth come in at the halfway point of your life. So maybe it is just a sign that you are going to live to be a ripe old age.

I know what you mean about calling them "wisdom" teeth.  Since I don't have any, does that mean I'm stoopid?  Great Rocky impersonation!   (What, you don't like my turtles?  Maybe you don't like me!)

http://en.wikipedia.org says that
:::: Wisdom teeth are third molars that usually appear between the ages of 18 and 20 (although they may appear when older, or fail to appear at all). They are called "wisdom teeth" because they appear so late—much later than the other teeth, at an age where people are supposedly wiser than as a child, when the other teeth erupt. ::::

But I think that is silly because I don't remember especially wise when I was 18 to 20 years old.  LOL

Hilarious, RealityTherapy.  I went through that too but way before there was a "Rocky".

ROFL....
Oh my gosh - I so relate to this.  You're version of "Rocky" was awesome!  And why do they call them wisdom teeth anyways?
