Dang, 9 years. . , that's kind of severe!
I hope they will be offering him SOME kind of severence package while he gets back on his feet!! That's horrible and definitely a strike at his comfort zone!

Well it only took seconds to have my back broken. It only took a few weeks to loose my home, my car, my job, my emotional stability. You can always find another job, another car, another home, but I don't think you can ever completely loose the scars from emotional strife and you sure can't gain back your health from permanent physical damage and loss of good health. I'm sorry for your boyfriend, but he's got potential and he's got your support.

Winds of circumstance do sweep away things of safety in one moment of one day...as the blink blossom though there is true understanding that anything real inside cannot be taken away. Thanks for the sharing.
