I so enjoy you and some of your wonderful sayings of others! Yes what comes out of our mouths is sooo important! We actually can speak into existance, negative happenings! Boy is it hard isn't it?? I know I have the tendancy to be down on myself and say things out loud! Big No, No!!! We can do the best we can and catch ourselves though! The more we practice the better we get! Thank you. I know what you mean by going thru the monitoring phase...it has helped tremendously in reducing my negativity & increasing my productivity.

very uplifting. I went through the monitoring phase a couple of years ago. I am still tempted to criticize and condemn, but it is a fraction of what it used to be.
