perhaps 'escape' is short lived with an itinerary that someone else prints out for you......'change' is long term and how does one plan for 'really long term stuff' on another planet.....where change usually occurs?

It is the being on top of the game aspect that I am talking about.

I can even see that the exercise programme, the socialising etc has to be planned.

If not for me I would crash and burn,

That's hard....
Freelancing is no joke. I'm doing a bit right now just to make some extra money, and it's not easy. I started last summer doing some websites, and now I'm writing an ebook. The money's not bad, but you really have to be on top of your game.
