Yes...we can all relate to certain experiences.  Sometimes it seems that I repeat certain lessons over, and over, and over again.  (and occasionally I do learn the lesson & move on.)

Thanks.  You're right...there've been lots of times, when I've turned to reading & low and behold, there's the answer to what I've been searching for all along.  Amazing isn't it...usually what we're looking for is right in front of our face. (now all I've got to do is remember to look...lol).

I agree...not only time takes care of anger, but I LOVE taking walks. I find it really clears out the cobwebs & faulty thinking on my part. Thanks for visiting.

I think everyone can identify with that exact situation at some time or another.

Great post! I was delayed in traffic one morning coming home from work. I decided to read a favorite book, and I opened it to the exact solution to my mental block. I think there is a lesson in all that happens. We have the ability to seek it out or stamp our feet and cry that it is not what we want.

I do enjoy your posts.  There's a lot in here that I can identify with.

I agree that time is the best thing for anger... that and taking a walk,
breathing, getting outside in the fresh air.  Sometimes I remember to do this... and other times the anger gets the best of me.  Funny thing, in a matter of minutes it's usually gone.
