Definitely!!!
In the first case (that is, when the person is actually dying or even dead except by a technicality)--it's simply de-animating a puppet.
In the second case--it's MURDER!!!

Interesting
I was never quite sure about how I felt about her case, but I do think there's a difference between taking someone off life support and taking them off food and water.
