Thank you.  I guess my "motivation" for writing this, was that I was starting to be un-motivated about everything. In deciding what to post, it got me out of my lethergy.

You're most certainly welcome.  Glad to be of assistance (especially for those adult college students with families & no time to even breathe).

Glad you enjoyed the posting.  The Goethe quote is one of my favorites.

Now that you mention it, I do remember reading (a long time ago) about that seasonal disorder.  You're right...it's VERY appropriately named & nicknamed ("SAD").  From what I remember reading, using some full-spectrum lighting is supposed to help allieviate the symptoms.  Personally, I prefer to go outside & watch Nature in all it's beauty  (different stroke for different folks).  Thanks for your comments.

Golly, do you really forget why you're chasing?   Didn't think you guys ever forgot something like that ....don't worry, I have no doubt your wife will let you know why (or at least what for.....or maybe it more like - if you do remember, she'll give you what for...lol).  All kidding aside, I do most certainly appreciate you dropping by.  Thanks

It is true that motivation is the key to success. Having a plan comes relatively easy. It is when failure and monotony sets in that we lose focus and quit. Great post.

There's actually
a form of depression that's directly related to the weather. It's called Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD for short. Appropriate, right?
