Cass- and I haven't worn stockings in three years, so it would have
taken a trip to the store to pick some up! LOL

For some reason I was going to comment that you should have had a pair of stockings on you, then I realised that stockings are for broken fan belts so I guess they wouldn't have helped. Mind you, if I had to substitute a fan belt with a stocking I wouldn't have a clue how to do it! If I break down I think I will just stick to looking helpless and hope someone will stop.

Oh, Jeez, Hollee

Saturday night was wicked cold and rainy, wasn't it...

Just think, I was at home in Rainsboro, high on Robitussin and passed out on the couch while "The Longest Yard" was playing over and over on the DVD player. LOL   Ya know what Ben Franklin once said, "Folks, ya just gotta love that Robitussin!"

So sorry about your bad luck...

What road did your car break down on?

EEEwwww, Hollee.  I hate car trouble in the rain or the snow or at night.  Actually, I hate car trouble.

Hollee that sounds awful but I can relate, back in 2002 I had a 95 Caddy
that decided to blow the transmission on I-95 just as I was to cross the bridge between Georgia and South Carolina. It was over 90 degrees on a Sunday. We were stranded with no cell phone, it was dead, and when we finally got help two hours later, the trooper told us that the calls were going to South Carolina and not Georgia so they could not find us. I ended up spending three extra days in Savannah on a exstensive/exspensive vacation.
