I hate getting older!
I gain weight if I am not careful! Without chocolate and ice cream, I'll staaaarve...whimper,whimper....

I used to save the weekend for my dietary indiscretions. In the end, after a few weeks, it balanced out because I was able to maintain the calorie curbing during the week and I began to binge less.

ariel - yes, I think there are a few on the market. My problem is that I like the taste of food (real food). I'm ok - just have to start again.
