Mellyn

I'm in constant pain and discomfort every second that I'm awake, and not engrossed in something.

I'm 74 in body, but 24 in mind ; keen to learn all about new people, new concepts, and for me the world's a fascinating and infinitely wondrous place, whos esecrets I shall never discover fully. But I'll sure keep trying.

Forget the body ; age is in the mind.

You are so right.  They all concentrate on our children and teenagers on a temporary basis, which givethem amunition against us.  They should concentrate on us and explain what to expect from our bodies and from our teenagers.  You know what we may have something here for a very near future program.

I'll be looking for your writing.

With His Peace I Leave you,

No one prepared me for aging either. I'm 45 but still think I'm 25. However sometimes I feel like I'm 65. No one prepared me for parenthood either. Someone out there should be writing instructions for all of us!

THANK YOU TAPSELT

You have given me some hope to feel better and get on with my life.  Today I started to do my pilates, and my Baby Girl is taking me to my grandbaby girls ballets practice.

I am very blessed, thank you,

May God Bless You,

mellyn

Mellyn, I think I worried much more about the evils of aging when I was 53 than I do now.  I'm 68 but feel better than I did at your age.  I went through quite a few years of really bad arthritis pain in my back, hips, knees and other places.   It hasn't bothered me now for ages but if it begins again, I will get right back on the glucosomine with chondroitin because that seems to be what it was that I needed.   Pay attention to your beautiful daughter.   You are lucky to have her.

You sound so lovely and real Mellyn

And what a wonderful daughter! They say age is just a number and I believe that is mostly true, but sometimes I guess the body forgets. I'm sure a good doc can help you with this. Take care and may God keep you close.

You told me that you love real people and real lives.  This is real, unfortunately.  I, too, love real stories and I love how so many beautiful women seem to take on an ageless type of beauty as they age.  My mom is 63 and to me, she is still so beautiful.  Her eyes still sparkle and her smile is still bright.  Sure, her knees are a little creaky now and then and maybe she can't hold it like she used to be able to, but she is still a knockout and I am sure you are too.
