I'm trying to press the Oprah button over this story but it doesn't work!
Maybe it blew a fuse during the Obama campaign?

Your sarcasm is not lost on me my friend! lol
That will teach him to be standing around. He probably had too much blood anyway and the police just helped him lighten his load! Come around once in a while. I'm trying to be back more often. Just real busy!

i REALLY LIKED YOUR NEW ORLEANS STORY.  i WORKED THERE ONCE AS THE TOKEN WHITE GUY DURING SCHOOL INTEGRATION.  lATER THEY TURNED MY OLD SCHOOL INTO AN "ALTERNATIVE" SCHOOL FOR BAD GUYS.  tHAT WAS ON PAUGER sTEET, IN THE "bACKKA TOWN" AREA.  lATER i WENT BY TO LOOK A IT, AND I WAS LIKE AN OLD HORSE WITH A U SHAPED BACK.  tHE BAD GUYS BURNED IT DOWN, BUT IT DID NOT FALL, SO IT'S STILL THERE, LOCKED AND SHABBY.

Ariala ~ Pepé abhores midgets.

They're not "big" enough, if you know what I mean and I bet you do.

Amazingly, though, he likes you.  Do you talk dirty to him?

Indeed, I feel he may be an intruder, just trying to get his face on TV.

I think we should be told!

It's times like this that make me wish I was black again.  Dammit, that's it, I'm getting on a plane or boat to New Orleans to resume my love of being beaten by $5 crack whore cops (everything's so cheap over there).

But I suppose they could be saving that footage for America's Funniest Police Interrogations.

Dogs? Where do you think this happened? Birmingham, Alabama? Do you know what the P.E.T.A. folks would say if a dog bit a drunk and became infected with his alcohol-laced blood? I shudder to think about the backlash and bad press.

Sorry, but you got it all wrong about New Orleans and her boys in blue. This incident is actually a reflection of a kinder, gentler Crescent City. In the old days, pre-tragedy, the cops wouldn't have wasted their time beating up a an old drunk. They simply would've shot him.

Ariala ~ Your bat's been shipped to Pakistan.
There are several earthquake victims who need the shit beat out of them; we can't count on local authorties to get the job done without international assistance.
