You are right on every score.
Crying wolf indeed. And now he's playing superhero with the military to the rescue in Pakistan. I don't begrudge them the assistance in this hour of great need and tragedy, but I do question Bush's true motive. Not in his character to be caring and compassionate. You keep writing too - I'll be reading.
