in my post, the definition as used in mathematics, i.e.,
Of or relating to a type of circumstance or event that is described by a probability distribution. Having no specific pattern, purpose, or objective.

I guess you first would have to define what Random really means?
Then you can make your decision based on that. I think we have random thoughts...I'm probably wrong though.
