Her manager won't have any sympathy for you. He is the one instructing them on their methods of dealing with potential buyers. It's a scam. They are trying to get you to give them your credit card number so they can rip you off.

I had someone call me
about a week after Carl was deployed. Given I had never had Tricare I had no idea if they would call or not. But they were insisting I ordered health insurance and it was NOT Tricare. After about 20 minutes of asking if they were affliated with the military, etc... I finally asked him about his employer. His answer "The people"...my question "What people?" "All the people?" Bad thing to do to a wife who just put her husband on a bus to eventually end up in Iraq is waste her cell phone minutes with BS!
