Thanks for the compliment. I wrote this a while ago for my b/f, a close friend of his had joined the military after graduating, gone overseas, and lost the use of his legs after getting injured. He got really depressed and shot himself, and Devin blew me away by not taking it too hard and telling me he trusted that the he was with the Lord now...I've also recently dealt with a family suicide...so this poem was kind of combined inspiration. Writing it made me feel better about what goes on in life.

this was nice!! we don't always know what the plan is, but I think we have to believe there IS one.
