The Come As You Are for church has nothing to do with clothing or lack there of. Come as you are means bring all your problems no matter what they are. You don't have to be perfect or not have sinned the whole week to come to church. Before Jesus said come as you are, people would feel unworthy to come to church and pray because they thought there was nothing that they could say to God that would make him forgive them of their sins. Even if you are an atheist and are in some form intrigued about why people go to church thats who you are so YOU to could go to church...As you are.
