Yeah
I heard that somewhere before... It's very true.

For the good of the "ALL"
Yes, yes, yes, if it be that we would let any be dragged away under the pretense of it being for the good of all; then soon all will be dragged away; easily. These are hard saying that are nailed of warning to these times, but truly a mouthful has been said, for the greater the laws grow, the more insignificant those that are not "above" its grip become...for the good of the "all".

This is so so right! Someone said "Bad happens because good people do nothing."
Just so really good. Who is willing to stand? I feel like that clown with a weight in the bottom that my child used to hit endlessly to watch it pop up. Sometimes I feel they just hit me to see if I will still stand as a person of the Bible the whole Bible.
A note to Brisbane Artist: You can identify the terrorist easily if you really study the Bible. They were there from the early beginnings.

Terrorism
confuses me completely.
I can never work out who is bullying who.
It is a bit like being a teacher in a Primary Playground
one never can quite tell who "started it"

That was important for me to know. thanks for sharing that info.
I find Martin Niemoller's quote so relevant in today's context as well, in fact even more so. Only the forces are more subtle in how they go about it.

My wife asked me how the atrocities in Germany could have happened. I wondered that as well until I began reading on it. They systematically dismantled the Jews by first taking the handicapped and the sick, then they went for the 'intelligentsia', and by that time they were left with women and children. The world found out about it only after the burial pits began to overflow with decomposition juices and caused a horrible stench. By the time they began burning the bodies, the allies became aware of what was really going on.

This was a very thought-provoking post.
I don't know who the heck Martin Niemoller was, but it conjures up thoughts of our country's lackadaisical attitude toward the world and national events and forces that shape their future.
