ADVICE FOR YOU!!
I realize I'm not a lady, as your ad requested..lol..but consider a male's perspective. Try to reason with him, and make him understand you have a condition, and let him know you are serious. If you love him, this should be no problem for you. If he loves you, then he should have no problem accepting that. And consider that there might be problems, but you two will work around them, if you truly love each other.
As for the sex goes, try some role playing, or maybe changing rooms. You don't have to be uncomfortable positions, like porn stars, to have great sex. Realize that sex is messy and funny sometimes, that it is nothing like the movies. (Like when your stomachs get pressed together and they make a fart sound because of the sweat). And maybe, you could try something he has always wanted to do and vice-versa. Just try to spice it up, without bending yourself in half backwards.
