How frustrating. Its good that you are thinking about the plight of those caught up in the hurricane- it puts your domestic situation into perspective. I hope the rain stops for you soon . . .

On the bright side
when I got all of the leaks fixed in the house the water bill went way down. It's less than half what it was. Take care.

Oh Boy...
gotta hate it when that kind of thing happens. When you get it repaired, have the plumber put in a shut off valve in the Condo, where the building water comes in. It is an easy add on when the water is turned off at the street, shouldn't take more than an hour to do, and that way you will be able to turn off the water in your unit independently from rest of building.
