A beautiful, though provoking story. It reminds me of a very old photo album my grandmother had in black and white of her childhood and young adulthood in the country.

Really nice story...
...very well written, I think. I've been trying to find some wind chimes my mother who passed away about 7 years ago gave me. I'm afraid they may be lost forever, but I keep looking anyway.

Your story made me miss my Mom,
who I've been thinking about a lot lately. She passed on about 4 years ago. I now realize that there is so much stuff that I know so little about that pertains to our family history, and I can't get that knowledge now that she's gone.

Wonderful Story!!!
I had no idea--until I'd gotten to the very end--that it was the spirit of her mother discussing the "stuff" with her.
This is really familiar to me, because my own "stuff" has taken on a life of its own!
