Thank you for your words of comfort.

Journaling is a wonderful process.  I am writing an introductory workshop for the Women in Rehab so that they understand all of the different ways people journal.  I think that it is great that someone gave this to your son.

I am going out with my little nieces today and that kind of family interaction helps heaps.

I'm so sorry for your loss...
With your creative gift, I hope it will help with the healing.  My sons' were given journals to write and color in when they lost their father, and the creative power can work wonders.  May peace be with you, and may the healing begin.  Wonderful posts...I'm becoming quite envious of your talent.

It is a doodle.

That is a snippett of what some kind of Art Therapy might be like.

Capturing the minute in the same quick way one might do a haiku or five minute max sketch,
