But it is the company that gave us this privalage but also stated that we could write anything as long as the customers dont suffer. This doesnt seem to be ture at all.

Hi Iilane
A lot of people feel the same way you do. Sadly the reality is there should be no personal use whatsoever of e-mail or messaging. More and more companies are changing in mid-stream to monitoring usage. That's one of the reasons everyone has to be careful of what they e-mail and how they phrase their communicatiions. Something that may be considered trivial can come back to bite you in the butt. I guess there is no way to get around it so long as tansmissions are going through company systems. I agree Big Brother is getting worse, and will continue to do so unless people stand up for themselves where they can.
