What I need is more "Blogitville" terms. Ya know, like the ones created and used in our own little community. Of course, we do have the regular cyber language too, but we use those often. Cankles, huh? I've heard of those. Hope I never get them. Yikes!

Okay--here's some that've been "created" lately...

At http://www.frycookonvenus.com where I hang out and talk about entirely too much, we've decided that the term "bagsnatch," although is an Aussie (legal???) term for someone "snatching" a purse, is more suited for "having sex with an ugly chick."  AND, the girls at the cosmetology school where I teach, came up with "shelbowe."  You know--there is already "cankle" for someone whose calves and ankles are "one."  "Shelbowe" is someone whose shoulder is migrating, due to, a-hem, excess arm fat, into their elbow.  Like them, or not--there they are.  Use them at your leisure!!!     ~LB~ xoxo

JJ, I will add those if I see them used a little.

We're not just making them up are we? (I've never seen those terms!) Let's see if it catches on. Oh, and I was just wondering, do you have narcalepsy or something? You've gotta stop falling asleep at the computer! You might hurt yourself, ya know. Either that or you might send a garbled email to someone sometime.

Thought I'd stop in.  I was just oot <-Canadian for out) on a Blogit HAAK (Half Asleep At Keyboard).  I was pleased to be reminded by word.smith of HAND.  I can't recall whether I came up with it, but I still like it.  Anyway, I'm off on a HAAK about.  Let me give you a HAND.

Would it be polite to refer to people who write really boring posts as NAPPERS?  Or maybe DOZERS?

AAK, of course, is Asleep At Keyboard.

And what happened on Dave's LARDYCAKES?  I was over and asked about them.  I need to go back and look for a reply.  But first I'm going to sleep for a while.  I am really AAK.  In fact, I fell asleep for about two minutes right after I put the last period.  Bed-4-me.  jj

Yes, one day last spring or early summer the Blogit site went down...IB wrote a post about us getting into the Blogit Mobile and taking a trip. There was Strat, Symphony, Ari, Taps, Tim and a lot of other people. We were fine until we had that slight accident then we got drunk and stoned!!!

What about the "BlogitMobile"?? We had to use it last spring when the site went down, IB drove us to safey only to wreck the Blogitmobile. After that we had a big party. Remember?
