Just as Nero fiddled while Rome burned, this photo perfectly displays the
lackadaisical attitude of Bush, Chertoff and the the Bobbleheads with regard to New Orleans. Dubya strummed as New Orleans drowned. Photoshopped or not, the photo is appropos. Great post.
