Very ironic - to be "rejected" by a dating site - and funny. I think its really hard to meeet new people, not necessarily for dating but just to hang out with. Some people see to have a serendipidous talent for connecting with like souls. I wonder how they do it?

They're out there, I've met them.
Well, they weren't black, they were white boys, but they were smart, funny, hot, and gentlemanly AND Australian. You just have to keep trying, when you're ready, the universe will make sure someone is there to greet you.
:) I'm telling you, all the hot black men are out here (except for that idiot Tommy I met the other weekend I talked about in my post)...well, he was hot and black, and smart, just a dawg. :P I can think of at least 4 in my complex alone that we could bump into! :)

Nickie - I find it difficult at my age to go out on my own, not to mention that there aren't many places I enjoy going to. I love nightclubs, but hate going on my own and don't know anyone else who would come with me. I'm not a club sort of person. I know... I'm just difficult *sigh*

I 've checked out some of those sights myself when I was separatd from my husband.
Some of them look like jerks in Australia, some where good looking in America but they do mot have brains. No offence to you guys, but it is true.
