homegirl, maybe you could sell them on eBay and give the email address of
the Red Cross as "where to pay, if you win this auction", maybe? Guess, that's impossible, but you know what I mean...
Maybe eBay has a donation center for items that they will auction off for rescue support. Especially, New Orleans art, so area specific, at this point.

ca88andra, not just people, but agencies take advantage....I am so disgust-
ed with the LACK of response. My black friend is RABID on the subject of New Orleans and the Superdome, etc., saying that if it were white people, the help would have arrived long ago. She says that this is a wonderful opportunity to lower the population figures of black people in New Orleans, for rebuilding a prettier, higher scale white city there.

from when I lived there.... I don't have alot of money to give right now... but I may want to donate a couple of peices.
