Mike Tyson is indeed a troubled man; but we know about him--though certainly not everything--because he has been a media figure. Many men like him are out there. Many simply have accepted their feelings, and live as sexual predators. Many thousands of them are on a national register. They are not equally dangerous, but they all are equally afflicted.
