My son had similar experiences in kindergarten. When he was bored (often) he would act "silly" and the teacher felt he was "disruptive." If you have a non-conventional kid who doesn't fit in real well with the system's expectations, it's a great idea to let the school know you will be there willing to listen and learn, but always advocating for your child.
