Thanks, love.  It is a bit difficult to believe it's been nearly a year already.  I still cry a lot over losing Daddy, but I'm starting to take real comfort in knowing he's watching over me and guiding me each and every day.

Thanks for your sympathy!  For me it's a bit difficult for folks to come to me since they're all either in a different state (across an ocean) or on another island.  So I have to go there--to them.  But since I grew up on Maui and love it with all my heart and soul, going there is no problem at all.

A Year?? I Remember...
...your posts at that time, and it doesn't seem so long ago at all.

It's all part of the grieving process, though, to return to all those places, to remember, to be.

I understand...

Hi!! I came across your blog and wanted you to know that I am truly sorry for your loss. I lost my father April 22 of last year, and it is extremlypanful. i still haven't been back home since my father passed away. The people that love me understand and visit me out here. I know I need to go back...One of these days...Until later!!
