I agree. It is a little scary that there are people out there who just do not understand how to be parents. To me that is a sign they made a mistake by becoming parents in the first place. But there really are a fair amount of people who just should not be parents at all.

It's hard to imagine that any parent should feel the need for instruction on bonding. Though, true, kids don't come with instruction booklets like new TV's and Surround Sound, however, you give enough reasons why this shouldn't be necessary. Good post.
