In my experience, one click to a website is appreciated more than
having to download something, wait for it to open, and worry about potential viruses.  I think they'll thank you for making it easier for them.  You can even call your section PORTFOLIO and then divide it into sections.  I may do that eventually, but the way I have it set up has worked well for me, so why fix what's not broken, you know?

Wow, thanks that is awesome...
So I suppose I should just update my website then... I wasn't sure if they wanted something you could attach to an email or what.
Thanks Ariala!

I have both a portfolio I take with me (a big one to include 11 by 17"
items) and a website with samples of my work: www.kcnet.com/writersplace   I include articles, brochures, but only provide websites I've created to those who ask.  I used to list them, and maybe I will again some time.  I also list my creative inspirations (books, etc.)  Most clients I work with ask for samples via a website.  I haven't used my hardcopy portfolio in a couple of years.
