Thanks
for putting me there with you and Cindy.  Interesting and insightful post.  Interesting how one person is having so much impact, isn't it?  Maybe this is what we've all been waiting for.  Hope so.

Well, Isis...

...the truth is we have no real power to do anything as individuals but destroy and disillusion ourselves and others.

Together we can create wonderful stuff.  But together we can also be more destructive than as individuals.

Powerlessness does not equal helplessness, however.  Powerlessness is just a starting point, a place of honest reflection where healing can begin to take hold.

When the trunk agrees that the roots are just as important to the tree as the leaves, we still have to convince the leaves.  But once the whole tree knows that it is a part of the same organism called, "tree," we begin the journey into empowerment and wholeness.  We, very literally, become, "holy."

Volaar,

I think most people are still recovering from the shocking new knowledge that they have no real power over what happens in this country - and the devastating understanding that they never really had it to begin with.  Only now is it all coming to a head.

Sooner or later the world will open its eyes in unison and truly understand the lies we have been told.  When that day comes.....ooohhhh boy.
