                Try this bread:-
  8oz oats
  8oz self raising flour ( works okay with plain)
  small block yeast
  120 mill milk
  soak oats in milk 2 hours, set yeast to rise  10 minutes before time up, add yeast, flour and mix.
  Bake for about 30 minutes ( don't know temp, we ain't got gauge, see?)
  its good, and it's healthy
