Vib, just because of the_ebb_tide, I'm now going to be trying to make portmanteau expressions all the time now.   I love stuff like that.

Vibrance, boy can I associate with this.   Great job.   And, thanks to the_ebb_tide for his comment.   I might have missed that without his comment just thinking it was a typo or something.

I've got a lot to say about this one...

let me start with the "shrug" motif...

I am amused and impressed with the way you transform its intention and motivation at the end by adding the "h" to make one of the shortest, and yet perhaps the most vivid portmanteau expressions I have ever seen:  SHRUGH!  What a beauty!  Nicely done.  I must meander.  But I will (to quote Arnie)  BE BACK!!
