In every such place are going to to be
rep tied, wing tipped, cyborgs. They may well wake up one day and realize it's all bullshit, but until then, enjoy tweaking them every way you know how!

No one ever uses the word "dissent" or "dissension" anymore. It always reminds me of Alpha Centauri

Yeah, I understood where you were coming from...
and, he was totally out of line. However, sometimes, there seems to be an equally unfair bias against people who do dress more "businesslike".
Besides, I love being the voice of dissension!

How dare you dissent. The uprising shall be crushed and cast asunder and all who follow it will be made to suffer greatly before their deaths!
Well, what I really have a problem with here is his attitude that he's better due to the fact that he dresses nicely for work. Certainly there's nothing wrong with getting all dressed up. It's a uniform, which for large companies is often the right idea. However, it is not a measure of success in any sense of the word, and that's what I was getting ready to knee him in the groin for. Neither of us is better because of how we dress.

Cool! I get to be the voice of dissension!
Is it so horrible to dress nice and conduct oneself in a professional manner?
I guess, I just don't think people should pass judgement
either way ... he on you
or you on him.

Sounds like the suit was having a bad day...certainly most white collar professionals know that some of the most successful folks wear whatever they so please.... "Dress for success" does not always apply

You know, I could probably get one of the other guys who works with him to put a superman sticker on the door to his office. Haha that would be classic. The best part is, he wouldn’t have a clue what it meant!

Muahaha! I’d a been like, “I find your lack of faith disturbing” and force choked his ass. I mean, if I could do that. But hell, if I just had a Darth Vader helmet, I could probably have head butted him to death. That helmet is super shiny, and shiny means deadly.

Someone like him is probably one of those people who thinks housewife isn’t a real job. Ha! Add ignorant to that list of words describing him. And yes, here’s to hoping the ulcer is the size of a Frisbee.

People are dumb... plain and simple.
For him to imply you have any less ambition because your job allows you to wear shorts is just plain stupid. I've found that men (and maybe women too) feel more powerful when they're in a suit.... maybe it's like superman in his cape? Whatever... it's all an illusion!

What A Rude Little
arrogant, self centered, clueless ASSHOLE!!! I'm a housewife...I usually wear shorts and a t-shirt or sweats. I seldom put on make up and there are times that my hair doesn't see a brush till noon. Guess that means I don't take pride in my job either.
How dare he make such an assumption. I hope that ulcer bleeds him to death!
