Something I'd like to watch my girlfriend eat.

bananas with icecream and nuts and chocolate sauce,

a children's TV show that I watched when I was little called, "The Banana Splits" and its crazy theme song, fruit platters to share with my daughter, pavlovas. A friend says that if you put bananas in a fruit bowl with other fruit they ripen too quickly, my local fruit and vegie shops - heavy bags of groceries.

When I was a child after bathtime on Sundays we would have a bowl of soup and a banana roll for dinner. We always had a big baked lunch. Mashed bananas make good sandwiches.

Bananas can't be eaten too green and they can't be eaten too ripe. They have to be just right

for me,
a banana is something I slice and put in the middle of a peanut butter sandwich. I also think of primates eating bananas, and slipping on banana peels. As for the suggestive aspect in another direction, those hot house cucumbers seem to invoke that vision more. Hemlocker
