That IS hilarious!
A couple of years ago, I was at the movie theater, and the movie was really boring, so I was kinda kicking the seat in front of me. The guy sitting there turns around to give me a dirty look ... and, he had "Downs syndrome"! (Plus, he was making a really weird face.) Which totally caught me off guard. I started laughing so hard, I actually had to run to the restroom to "compose myself".
I felt really bad about it later on, though.

Yes I laughed.
It reminds me of the sign that MONK put up when he went to work in an office, "You don't have to be crazy to work here, but it helps." Substitute Blog for Work, and a new motto is born! lol.
