Wow, what an awesome story!!  A nice circle - their compassion for rescuing her, yours for saving her life, and for not charging them...because of the good thing they did.  It's the feel-good story of the week.

It was very flattering, BrightIrish!

Oh yeah, and Quirks, yes, it does help balance my daily life out at work.
I see the good, the bad, the horrible, the sad, the miricles, the new beginings and the bitter sweet goodbye's. Times like this one make it all worth it.

Geez, Quirky. Thank you.
Sowwy I made you cry, but hopefully it was a good cry thing.

Mia,
A few of my clients have told me over the years that I should comprise all my stories from all the years into a book. I may just do that! Who knows! It might actually sell!

MilitaryWife,
It's actually just part of what I do, but this one was pretty kewl! Thanks

This is a wonderful story.. It is a wonderful thing when you receive gratitude from children because they are usually very sincere. Congradulations!

This is great, Spitfire.   I have done CPR on people (using an ambu bag) but never on an animal.   Actually, I hope the need never arises.   Keep up the good work.

You are a hero!  You didn't let your own fears get in the way.  What a wonderful thing you did for that kitty and those kids!!!

Awesome!
When I was a vet tech for three years we had this happen more than once with little kittens out in the rain. I'm glad you were able to save her! Good job!

You are awesome.
What a great day!  I feel better after just reading about it.  I was just blogging about being grouchy.  Now I feel a bit better.  Thanks for sharing your great job.
