Thank you for your kind comment. Ah! But wouldn't it be so nice if our loved ones remembered us in the way that I show in my poem? What a palliative to grief ; remembering one who has gone " to Death's dark night" in that way.
Pehaps you'd like to read two other poems on mine in a similar - but sadder them ;
" Endless night" and " Silent Worship".
I haven't visited your blog yet ; there are so many, aren't there? But I will soon. I don't know what time it is with you, but here in Spain it's 2.24 pm. This huge time diference between here and the US means that one has to sit up half the night to read comments as they come in. Not good for old dudes like me!
Hasta luego

wow
that's one cleverly constructed poem that synchronizes form and theme. I love the theme, but I don't love love. It's so overrated, and under-defined. Cause everyone has their own definition of love, so sometimes it's not enough. Ok I'm babling, but when I loose someone I'd rather be left with assurance than love. Love would just continue paining

Beautiful. BTW, thanks for the cute little poem. I do love spain, and I wouldn't mind the furry dog.
